Heinen & Hopman Engineering BV has found the ultimate controller for a real silent fancoil chilled water system. With our knowledge of those systems, we saw the need for a controller which could turn an European based input signal (230 Vac, 50 Hz) into a USA based output signal (230 Vac, 60 Hz) and vice versa.

The fact that the frequency output of this controller can be adjusted means, in terms of sound, that the noise level of the fan can be reduced with 10dBa.

Furthermore the fan speed can be selected, not only with a change in voltage, but also with a change in frequency. This option also leads to a smoother operation of the fan.
