To ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime of all the installed equipment, Heinen & Hopman Engineering holds an extensive stock of spare parts, available through an efficient parts service. All stocked items are despatched on a same day basis. Our international depots additionally hold large stocks of spares to ensure minimal delivery time and cost. Our parts service can provide components for any brand of equipment.

Heinen & Hopman also has a Marine Store in Bolnes, close to Rotterdam harbours. This holds a selected programme of universal spare parts, installation materials and tools, all available on one spot.

The Marine Store also keeps a stock of air-conditioning systems and other equipment for marine applications in full working order.

Complete Installation Kits

For countries that require the specialist knowledge and experience, Heinen & Hopman Engineering offers a quality solution with custom-designed, complete kits. We make sure that we deliver a full kit, including all technical drawings, adapted to existing installations. The drawings are detailed and complete to allow local production.

We also send all the materials and parts required to build the complete installation. In many cases, H & H engineers guide the assembly of the installation on location. Most of the time, however, we can rely on local H & H trained professionals to assist in the process.

In any event, our engineers put the installation into service and thoroughly check the system for smooth and safe operation before handing it over to the end user. With Heinen & Hopman Engineering, the service and guarantees on our installations is always the same, including those built on the basis of our kits. As a rule, we take full system responsibility for our delivery and work, and that the guarantee is carried out correctly and as agreed upon in the contract. After Sales Service is undertaken by our selected local partners that report directly to us. Through comprehensive and regular training, we make sure that all our international partners have the latest knowledge and experience. A Heinen & Hopman Kit, therefore, ensures top quality in the building, use and maintenance of a custom made installation.
